The Salt Room at Halo is a secluded getaway designed to put you in a state of full relaxation while your body soaks in the beneficial properties of Himalayan Salt. Sessions last for 45 minutes and when the time is up you will more than likely be asleep.
Salt as a medicinal remedy has been around for thousands of years. In Europe, salt caves and rooms are a dime a dozen. Salt has amazing properties and when inhaled it can be: anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anti-viral, as well as anti-fungal.
Halotherapy/Salt Therapy is a natural therapy for respiratory and skin complaints like allergies, asthma, COPD, cystic fibrosis, colds, and more.
Massage used in conjunction with Salt Therapy is powerful in maintaining both health, relaxation, and decreasing stress (we all know we have too much).

THE HALO STORY
Nestled in between business offices in the heart of Westlake Village, this quaint little-hidden gem creates a beautiful and serene space to get away. Whether you are treating an oncoming cold or allergy-induced symptoms, skin or respiratory issues or you simply just need some quiet “me” time, Halo is the place for you.
Opened since February 2016, friends Ali and Kelly opened the doors and their hearts to Halo Salt Spa when the unit space was “gifted” to them. The magic happened instantaneously as Kelly applied her medical field experience in correlation with Ali’s beauty industry expertise creating the perfect alignment. Their passion and commitment to helping people in the community and cultivating strong connections have helped this little paragon flourish into a thriving Women-owned business. They continue to pay it forward by giving everyone their first session free and most certainly, people keep coming back. Halo therapy continues to be recognized and proven to be an effective resource. No gimmicks or sales pitches, only healing and kindness can be found within these walls.
Halo Salt Spa is the only salt room in the Conejo Valley and unique in all of Southern California with floor to ceiling salt along with music known to aid in the healing process. In addition to their usual 45-minute salt sessions, Halo also offers many modalities including Breathwork / Meditation / Sound Bath Therapy, Sound Bath Therapy and more in this naturally beneficial “salty” space as well.
It is easy to forget how to slow down and take time for self-care when we all lead such busy, fast-paced lives. After recognizing the benefits of massage and the high demand, Ali and Kelly decided to include additional services like massage and reiki in their menu. This decision has proven to be one of their best and has made it possible to expand to the next level with additional space for couples’ massage rooms. Let one of our fantastic massage therapists take your stress and ailments away and help you forget all of your stress.
